1. Object of this notice

Mirador de les Arts, S.L. (Hereinafter referred to as the Provider) as the entity responsible for the website, makes this document, which regulates the use of the www.miradorarts.com website, available to its users, in compliance with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce (ISSICE or ISSI) and to inform all our users of the website of the conditions of its use.

Through the Mirador de les Arts, S.L. website users can have access to and the use of different services and content available on the same website.
Any person accessing this we and this involves the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this legal notice, as well as the other legal provisions that may apply.

As the user you must read this legal notice carefully whenever you access the website as it may be modified, since the provider reserves the right to modify any of the information that may appear on the website, without the obligation to give advance notice or inform users of these obligations, since their publication on the Provider’s website suffices for this purpose.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability.

The provider takes no responsibility deriving from the information published on this website when that information has been handled or entered by an external third party.

This website has been revised and tested in order that it function correctly. In principle correct functioning of the website can be guaranteed 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day. However, the Provider cannot guarantee against certain error of programming or elements of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar situations which may access to the website impossible.
